Services Description

Copenhagen Atelier provides bespoke tailoring, alterations, and related garment services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of orders. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices displayed are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are starting prices only
• Final pricing is determined after consultation based on specific requirements
• Bespoke orders require a 50% deposit at order placement
• Remaining balance is due upon completion before garment release
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

Orders and Cancellations

Once a bespoke order is confirmed with a deposit, the following terms apply:

• Deposits are non-refundable once fabric has been cut
• Cancellations within 48 hours of order confirmation receive a full refund
• Changes to orders may affect pricing and timeline
• We are not responsible for delays caused by client unavailability for fittings

Fitting Appointments

Fittings are essential to our bespoke process. Clients are expected to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Attend all necessary fittings as advised by our tailors
• Communicate any concerns during the fitting process

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Our guarantee covers:

• Workmanship defects for a period of 12 months from completion
• Fit adjustments within 30 days of delivery at no additional charge
• This guarantee does not cover normal wear, damage from improper care, or alterations made by third parties

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Copenhagen Atelier and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Copenhagen Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
